Resuming In-Person Meetings

As of August 8, 2021, we are resuming in-person meetings starting with Monty Laster who will be speaking about Newton County History and Cemeteries.   Please let Chris Zawadzki know if you will be attending in-person.   Masks are optional.   The meeting will be also recorded live on Zoom for those of you who do not feel safe to attend in person.   Here are the credentials to Zoom in at 3 PM on August 8th, 2021.

Members Libraries

We are really excited about the new addition to our website.   Members now have the opportunity to take advantage of other members home libraries.   If you have a home genealogy library and would like to share with other members of the Rockdale-Newton County Genealogical Society, please email your list of books available and your contact info to [email protected].   I have a extensive genealogy library and am more than willing to help out other members.
